Come and Join Summer Learning Journey!!!

For our Teaser Week for Summer Learning Journey, we had to create our own poster to make people join Summer Learning Journey. So that they could improve on their Reading and Writing through the holidays.

For those of you guys that don't know the event starts at December 16 and ends at January 24.

You can join this event by following the activities, that will be on these sites:
Year 3-5 https://sites.google.com/site/summerlearningjourney/weekly-activities/y3-5-weekly-activities-2019

Year 6-8  https://sites.google.com/site/summerlearningjourney/weekly-activities/y6-8-weekly-activities-2019

Lets go to the points.
If you do the 2 activities for that week, you get 4 points. But if you do the 3rd activity / Bonus Activity, you get 6 points.
If you comment on someone else's blog, about the activities or Summer Learning Journey, You get 2 points.

After the event, the person who gets the highest points, wins something. For Example Chromebook, IPad, Headset, Camera, or any sorts of things.

Here it is!!

  1. Hi Mark!

My name is Mikey. I'm a part of the Summer Learning Journey team and I'll be commenting on your Summer Learning Journey blog posts this year. :)

What a beautifully made poster! It caught my eye as soon as I opened your blog. I love that you've shared what you know about the Summer Learning Journey and that you are encouraging others to take part in it. It was a great idea to include the links to the website so that people can find out more information if they want to as well.

I do hope that you will take your own advice and take part in the programme this year too. As your poster says, it officially starts on the 16th (next Monday) but teaser week activities are available on the website now. Feel free to jump online and have a go at a few. I'd love to see them. :)

    Blog ya later!

    Mikey
